Aanchal did some of the problem for me? I was working on fixing a mistake (as I typed sin instead of cos), and as I was typing in the right formula, Aanchal literally erased my formula and edited it himself.

this tutor was not the most helpful, after one mistake he completed the entire problem and led me to my answer without showing me the math behind it. i started the problem correctly but he made it seem as if i did something wrong and to follow his method, which was confusing to me. idk if he couldn't understand me or what but it was difficult to communicate my questions

I signed up for an audio lesson and couldnt only got text lesson which are harder for me. In the text lesson it also wont let me share my screen which wastes a lot of time with trying to convey my equations to the tutor. to be clear this is an issue with the system not the tutors.

I don't know if this is necessarily the best, its sort of like breaking down the job of tutoring assembly line style and I worry for the sort of effect that will have on wages and traditional tutors, but, I did get something out of it. That said, 'treat others only as an end-in-themselves, never as a mere means'. And I certainly did not do that here, and I don't like that it is that way by design. You can't fix it, I wouldn't try to humanize the process in some surface level sense, that should not be what you take from this.
