My managerial experience has taught me how to be a team leader, encourage people to play to their strengths, and communicate in a way that everyone understands and can be on the same page. I use these skills to help people who are struggling in all topics across the board better understand the material they're trying to absorb.

I Love Tutoring Because

I get the opportunity to help others solve a problem, better understand a topic where they need clarification and hopefully positively impact their perception of education, both in-person and virtually.
