I think with computer science it is difficult because it takes time to review the assignments and by the time you get some good traction the session times out and you have to log back in and get a new tutor instead of the one who already reviewed all your info. It would be nice if we could request certain tutors who are available as they may know more about our particular assignment/where we are/and our current understanding. This option may already be available but I haven't been able to find it. However it was very helpful.
