She couldn't explain how I could do the problem on my own calculater for when I have the need to on a test, she just ignored that inquiry. Then she couldn't help me with my second problem I was stuck on. And not related to her but in a prior session I was transfered bc a tutor wasn't able to help me and the one I was transfered to left causing me to be kicked.

Great help, but maybe just allow the student to answer more questions next time/ go a little slower and wait for the student instead of guiding them quickly.

This is the first time I have used this service. To be able to get help on a problem at 11:30 pm was crazy awesome! The tutor walked me through where I was stuck by asking me what I had tried. Once we found my sticking point then they explained the way to handle this situation using a nice whiteboard example, the use of colors kept everything clear. This service was amazing! I will be using it alot now that I know it is so easy and helpful.
